1. Products and prices

We sell artisanal kombucha in 375 ml bottles, in packs of 6, 12, or 24 bottles. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes. We strive to keep product and price information accurate; in the event of an obvious error, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the affected order, refunding any amount charged.

2. Payment

The charge is processed securely through Openpay. Your card data is captured and tokenized directly with the processor and never passes through our servers. We request 3D Secure authentication on every charge; your bank may ask you for an additional verification step to authorize the payment.

3. Shipping and delivery times

We ship throughout Mexico via partner carriers, managed through our logistics partner Envia. The shipping cost is calculated based on your postal code, state, and the size of the package, and is shown before you confirm payment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.

4. Living product and storage

Kombucha is a living, perishable product. It must be refrigerated between 2 °C and 8 °C and is best consumed before the date shown on the bottle. It is normal to see sediment or strands of culture: they are a natural part of an unpasteurized beverage.

5. Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any issue, write to us on WhatsApp or through the form in the Business section within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs where possible. We will seek the best solution: replacement of the product or a refund, as appropriate.

As this is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns of product already delivered in good condition, except as provided by applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Alcohol notice

Kombucha is a fermented product and may naturally contain trace amounts of alcohol (generally below 0.5% vol.). Consumption is not recommended for minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people medically advised to avoid alcohol. Bruja Sana is not a medical product and does not replace the advice of a health professional.

7. Intellectual property

The “Bruja Sana” brand, logo, text, photographs, and site design are the property of [Razón social] or are used under license. Their reproduction or use without prior written authorization is not permitted.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer-protection law.
